Perry Hall Among Top Spots for Cheesesteak Outside Philadelphia: Food Network

PERRY HALL, MD — Ravage Deli has a new title to its name. The Food Network included the Perry Hall sandwich shop on its list of places to find the best Philly cheesesteak outside Philadelphia.

The Food Network put the spotlight on Ravage Deli in particular for the care it takes in creating its cheesesteaks.

The cheesesteak at Ravage Deli has special treatment from start to finish, with black Angus beef cut by hand, then shaved, cooked in butter, seasoned, chopped on the grill, deglazed, topped with a dash of beef broth and cheese, then piled onto a hoagie, according to the Food Network.

Ravage Deli is located at 9636 Belair Road in Perry Hall. A regular cheesesteak is $9.75 and a large is $13.75.
