Philadelphia Road, 11000 block. 3:29 a.m. on Jan. 1. A 23-year-old woman and a man got into a fight at the . The woman told police that the man took her cell phone and assaulted her. The cell phone was recovered and the woman did not press charges.

Silver Teal Road, 4400 block. Between 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 30 and 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 1. A home was ransacked after a rear sliding door had been forced open, causing $500 in damage. A 52-inch TV, a PDA, four cell phones, coins and silver coins were stolen, representing a total loss of $900.
