Perry Hall High School PTSA to Host 5K Run/1K Walk

Perry Hall High School’s PTSA will be hosting a 5K Run/1K Walk on March 21, 2015, at the school, located at 4601 Ebenezer Road, Baltimore, Maryland, 21236.

“This is a fun community event, as well as a way for the PTSA to raise money to fund some of the work it does to support the school, such as scholarships, assemblies, awards, the After Prom Party and other events,” said Tammy Dawson, PTSA President. “In addition, we are supporting PHHS groups by encouraging them to create teams; team members who participate in the race can collect pledges and 100% of the pledge money goes back to the school group. It’s a win-win situation for the PTSA and the school group.”

Registration for the 5K Run is $25 until March 13, $30 at packet pickup and on race day. A race t-shirt is guaranteed to everyone who registers by March 13. Registration for the 1K Walk is $10 by March 13, $15 at packet pickup and on race day. Children 5 and under are free. 1K participants do not receive a t-shirt and race bibs will not be assigned.

Packet pickup will begin at 7:15 AM the day of the race (March 21). The race will begin at 8:30 AM.
