Perry Hall Royal Farms to Break Ground in July

A new Royal Farms store could break ground in Perry Hall by July, confirmed on Thursday.

Marks said he has been in contact with David Donato, vice president of the Commercial Division at Continental Realty Corporation, which manages the property slated for the new convenience store.

Marks said the expected 5,000-square-foot Royal Farms will feature at least eight fuel pumps. After breaking ground in July, it could be finished by December 2012, he said.

Over the past eight months, however, when previously contacted by Patch, representatives of Continental Realty Corporation and Royal Farms have declined to comment on the future of the space.
