PHOTO OF THE DAY: Farmer Filippo

Filippo Amodeo, a native Italian, has farmed along Schroeder Avenue for the past 40 years. He recently mowed the grass inside the pen which holds emus, sheep and sometimes horses. 

When asked what he likes about his job, he laughs and says, "I farm—that's what I do."
