PHOTOS: Perry Hall Cross Country Competes at County Championships

Saturday was an absolutely beautiful day for Baltimore County Cross Country Championships. After the torrential down pour the night before it’s a wonder the course at Dulaney High School wasn’t worse. 

But what’s a little mud to a runner? Not much if you’re Vincent Ciattei the 2012 Varsity Boys Champion, while he didn’t accomplish his goal of under 16 min, he did set a new meet record of 16:05.1. Vince, Chris Vitek, Jose Cruz, Bart Allen, Ethan Burbridge, Jahi Thomas and Jacob Biedronski were able to bring home a Tean 3rd place finish.

Not to be outdone in Team placement the Varsity Girls, Skylar Moore, Michelle Krach, Jennie Askew, Isabelle Wynn, Julia Ciattei, Anna Ciattei and Anna Caruso were able to bring a Team 4th place finish. And yes we aren’t done yet our JV Boys, Alex Buckheit, Jacob Rehak, Ben Wolbourn, Jian Lu, James Judlick, Brooks Overtoom, Joseph Yap, David Roland, Matthew Edwards and Gabriel Kircher managed to bring home a 5th place.

Congratulations to the ENTIRE TEAM, including those not listed. You have had a FANTASTIC Season. Time for Gators to rise up and take the 4A North Regionals.
