The Perry Hall/White Marsh Business Association presented $3000 from the proceeds of The Town Fair to the Perry Hall High School Alumni Association, the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Dept., Camp Chapel Boy Scouts Troop 433, the Carroll Squadron Civil Air Patrol Cadets and Ravens Roost 50.
In addition to these donations, PHWMBA had already distributed another $5400 this year to our annual scholarship, the Downtown Perry Hall Beautification project (in the form of new banners, plantings and custom flower baskets.) We also presented Franklin Square Medical Center with the first $2000 installment of a $5000 commitment for the new Neonatal unit being built.
All of this is possible thanks to the support of this community at our annual fundraising event-The Town Fair.
And in case you haven't heard, The Town Fair will be on October 4th in 2014. We have listened to you regarding the stifling heat of July, so we are going for a more pleasant time of year.
