Ravens Caravan Stops At 3 Baltimore County Elementary Schools
Poe and the Ravens cheerleaders stopped by Joppa View, Oakleigh and Seven Oaks elementary schools for Purple Friday.
PERRY HALL, MD — The Baltimore Ravens celebrated Purple Friday with a caravan through several schools in Baltimore County on Oct. 11. School system officials shared photos from the visits that showed Ravens mascot Poe and cheerleaders within school hallways and gyms.
"What a fun surprise for students and staff! Thank you to the Baltimore Ravens Purple Friday caravan for squeezing in stops at Oakleigh Elementary, Joppa View Elementary, and Seven Oaks Elementary this morning," Baltimore County Public Schools posted on its Facebook page. "We hope the caravan can make more visits later this year!"
The Ravens play the Cincinnati Bengals at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 13.
