Ravens Select Perry Hall for High School Football Showdown

Perry Hall is getting extra amped up about this week’s football game against Parkville, now that the Baltimore Ravens selected the game as its “High School Football Showdown” of the week.

Each week, the team picks a game to spotlight based on responses to an online poll.

Now that it’s been selected, Perry Hall will have its stadium decked out with Ravens banners and flags for the game, where the Baltimore Ravens cheerleaders and mascot Poe will be in attendance.

Members of both teams will also get commemorative t-shirts that say “Ravens RISE High School Football Showdown.”

The honor comes with a perk for the schools too; the Ravens will award $500 in donations to the athletic departments of both Perry Hall and Parkville high schools.

The Parkville Knights take on the Perry Hall Gators at 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 25.
