Ribbon-Cutting Marks Completion of Brightview Perry Hall
The 213-unit senior living center is located near Belair and Chapel Roads.
Baltimore County Councilman David Marks joined officials from The Shelter Group and Harkins Builders in "cutting the ribbon" at the completed Brightview Perry Hall complex.
With the addition, the Perry Hall facility includes 213 units.
"Brightview Perry Hall was one of the first projects I helped advance after being elected to the County Council," Councilman Marks commented.
