Robbery Outside Dew Drop Inn: Perry Hall Area Crime
Police said apartment and townhouse burglaries have been reported in the White Marsh precinct, including one in which a dog was stolen.

The Baltimore County Police Department provided the following information about recent crime trends and incidents in and around Perry Hall.
Detectives say that there have been five burglaries and one attempted burglary in apartment and townhome communities off Rossville Boulevard in the White Marsh precinct since Dec. 15. The break-ins occurred in afternoon and evening hours between Thursdays and Mondays, according to officials. While jewelry was most often what was stolen, police said laptops, cash and a dog were taken in the burglaries.
A vacant apartment was burglarized in the 4100 block of Kahlston Road. A door was pried open to get inside but nothing was taken. The burglary happened sometime between 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 31 and 9 a.m. on Jan. 3.

A home in the unit block of Henry Avenue was broken into through a side door that had been pried open. It was not immediately clear whether anything had been taken in the burglary, which occurred between 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 2 and 9 a.m. on Jan. 3.
A woman was robbed as she was leaving the Dew Drop Inn in the 12300 block of Philadelphia Road. The suspect took her cell phone and assaulted her. The robbery happened at 7:45 p.m. on Dec. 31.

A would-be burglar fled upon spotting the owner of a home in the 11800 block of Manor Road. The suspect had been trying to force open a door at the residence around 11 a.m. on Dec. 29.
