Rosedale Woman Found Dead Day Before Birthday: Police

ROSEDALE, MD — Authorities said a woman was found dead in her Rosedale home the day before her birthday. The Baltimore County Police Department has asked for information from the public.

Cindy Berdina Testerman, 61, had suffered trauma to her upper body when she was found after 8 p.m. on Sunday, police said.

Officers located Testerman unresponsive on the kitchen floor of her home in the 7900 block of Roseland Avenue, according to officials.

Her body was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, where investigators will determine the cause and manner of her death.

Testerman would have turned 62 years old on Monday, according to police.
