Smile for the camera! The latest addition to I-695 near US 1 will be in test mode until the end of June.

New speed cameras are coming to a highway near Perry Hall.

As state officials work on the interchange from Interstate 95 to I-695, speed cameras will be in place to remind drivers to slow down. Drivers who go over the speed limit will likely get a fine.

The cameras will be on the Inner Loop of I-695 between the exits for US 1/Belair Road and Philadelphia Road, according to WBAL, which reported those going 12 mph above the limit will be fined $40.
