Authorities say Feldheim went to the Cockeysville home of an 87-year-old man at approximately 7 a.m. on Dec. 14, and said there was something wrong with his well and it needed to be checked.

When the resident went to close the door, Feldheim pulled him to the ground, got on his back and tried to put him in a chokehold, police said.
