Teen Charged With Having Weapon At Perry Hall High School
Police have identified the suspect accused of taking a weapon to Perry Hall High School on Thursday.

PERRY HALL, MD — Police have released the name of the man who allegedly took an Airsoft gun to Perry Hall High School this week. Authorities began investigating after a fight in the school parking lot Thursday that was captured on video, showing one person holding what appeared to be a long gun.
Darren Keith Bennett Jr., 18, was arrested Friday night, police said. Bennett, of the 3900 block of Menswood Lane in Nottingham, has been charged with possessing a weapon on school property, disturbing school operations and disturbing the peace.
He is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center on Saturday, court records show.
