"Tonight, I felt the blend; tonight, I felt the harmonies," said celebrity judge L.A. Reid, although he suggested the girls choose between country and pop styles.

Mentor and celebrity judge Paula Abdul had each member of Lakoda Rayne represent a different season and wear long brightly colored dresses during their performance.

While talent mogul Simon Cowell complimented their singing, he disagreed with their costuming.

"Breaking you into four seasons is literally insane. You're not autumn, you're not spring, you're not summer or winter, you are four young girls and she's dressed you like you're going to a prom," Cowell said.

His critique was met with boos from audience members.
