Crash Clears on I-695 at Harford Road

A two-vehicle crash on the outer loop of Interstate 695 was causing delays Friday morning.

The crash occurred before the exit for Perring Parkway at 10:29 a.m., according to transportation officials.

Lane closures were in effect on I-695 at Harford Road as first responders handled the crash, transportation officials reported.

At 11:30 a.m., the two left lanes were open, and there was a backup to I-95.

By noon, the crash had cleared and traffic was moving smoothly in the area.
