Flash Flood Warning in Effect (EXPIRED)
Baltimore County received more than 2 inches of rain in a short period of time, National Weather Service reports.

UPDATE (9:08 p.m.)—Baltimore County is under a flash flood warning until 11 p.m. Monday, according to the National Weather Service.
At 9 p.m. local law enforcement said that flash flooding was occurring and between 2 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen in the area, the weather service reported.
Drivers should be especially careful at night when it is difficult to see. Turn around—don’t drown.

- CARNEY
- PARKVILLE
- HAMPTON
- LUTHERVILLE-TIMONIUM
- ROSEDALE
- TIMONIUM
- TOWSON
- RUXTON
- HIGHLANDTOWN AND LONG GREEN.

At 8:02 p.m., radar showed a storm with winds greater than 60 mph near Bowleys Quarters in Baltimore County that was moving east, the weather service reported.
