WEIS Markets Donates $10,665 to Maryland Food Bank

Personnel from Weis and WCBM Radio gathered in Perry Hall to present more than $10K to help the hungry.

Perry Hall, Maryland - WEIS Markets presented the Maryland Food Bank a check on 2/16/2017 for $10,665 for donations received during December 2016. The donations were the result of generous contributions by WEIS customers and WCBM Radio listeners. The "Harvest for the Hungry" campaign was a partnership between WEIS Markets stores located in the Baltimore Metro area and WCBM Radio. Contributions were raised through in-store voucher purchases , on-air contributions by WCBM listeners, and remote radio feeds from several WEIS Markets locations.

The presentation took place at the WEIS Markets Honeygo location in Perry Hall.
