Welcome Inn Homicide Under Investigation: Police

A man was found shot to death at the Welcome Inn off Joppa Road near Loch Raven Boulevard, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.

At 12:15 a.m. on Saturday, officials were investigating a homicide at the Welcome Inn in the 8700 block of Loch Bend Drive, police said.

At 28-year-old man had been shot multiple times in the upper body inside an apartment, according to the report.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene, and the incident remained under investigation, police said.
