IHOP will be open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Fullerton Plaza, 7925 Belair Rd., Nottingham, MD 21236.

Kobe Japanese Steakhouse will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m, 8165 Honeygo Boulevard, Nottingham, MD 21236.

McDonald’s says some locations will be open but hours may vary by franchise.

Starbucks will be open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 8910 Belair Road, Perry Hall, MD 21236.

Starbucks will also be open from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on The Avenue, 8145 Honeygo Boulevard, Nottingham, MD 21236.

TGI FRIDAYS will be open from 4 to 10 p.m. at 4921 Campbell Boulevard, Nottingham, MD 21236.
