White Marsh Firefighters Unite Ducklings with Parents on Mother's Day
Members of White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company handled an unusual rescue Sunday.

When ducklings got stuck in a storm drain on Sunday, members of the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company came to their rescue.
Firefighters responded to The Avenue at White Marsh, where the babies were stuck.
They used a bucket to fetch the ducklings from the drain and reunite them with their parents on Mother’s Day, according to a report from the department.

Firefighters aren’t the only ones keeping tabs on the ducks.
There is so much interest in the birds that The Avenue at White Marsh has created an Instagram account—theavenueducks—featuring pics of its duck family making the rounds at the shopping center.
