White Marsh Outlet Project Stalls, Land Possibly Changing Hands: Report
The company that planned to develop a regional outlet center off I-95 at MD 43 is said to be defunct.

WHITE MARSH, MD — The future of land off Interstate 95 near MD 43 is uncertain after the company developing an outlet mall there has reportedly gone out of business.
Paragon Outlets is no longer an active company, having vacated its office space on Redwood Street in downtown Baltimore and released some of its employees, according to The Baltimore Sun, which reported Paragon's parent company Lightstone verified it has received unsolicited interest in the land and may sell it.
Among those considering buying the 45-acre property is St. John Properties, which is also developing the Greenleigh at Crossroads project nearby, according to the Baltimore Business Journal.
