Slice New York Pizza Is Maryland's Favorite New Restaurant
The Restaurant Association of Maryland announced an eatery on The Avenue at White Marsh won its 'best new restaurant' category.
NOTTINGHAM, MD — Slice is Maryland's favorite new restaurant, according to the Restaurant Association of Maryland.
Slice and other winners were announced at the Restaurant Association of Maryland's Stars of the Industry Awards Gala on April 30.
Four restaurants were up against Slice for the title: Alchemy Elements in Bel Air, Duck Duck Goose in Bethesda, RockSalt Grille in Westminster and Sello's Italian Oven & Bar in Ocean City.

More than 20,000 people voted online to help determine the winners in variety of categories for the association's annual awards gala.
To be considered for the favorite new restaurant category, an establishment has to be open for less than two years and have a top-notch menu, impeccable service and amazing atmosphere.
