White Marsh Woman Wins $100K from Liquor Store Purchase

Lottery officials said a woman was 'gobsmacked' by scratch-off win on Honegyo Boulevard.

WHITE MARSH, MD — A White Marsh woman said she was "gobsmacked" after winning $100,000 from playing a scratchoff game, the Maryland Lottery announced this week.

The woman, who did not disclose her identity, works in the safety field and plans to continue working, officials said.

The game she won was the Winter Tripler, which has $100,000 as its top prize for the $10 ticket.

White Marsh Plaza Liquors at 7968 Honeygo Boulevard will receive a $1,000 bonus from the Maryland Lottery for selling the winning ticket.

The Baltimore County woman won her first prize earlier in the year.
