Who Decorated Perry Hall's Welcome Signs?

About a week ago, I contacted , president of the Perry Hall Improvement Association, about the apparent lack of on the community's signs.

I was hoping to take a daytime photo of the decorated sign outside (my had been taken at night), but there were no decorations to be found. 

Wednesday afternoon, however, was a different story. The sign on the northern border with Kingsville and the sign outside the elementary school were each wearing wreaths.

I texted Robinson to find out who hung them and when.

His response: "Magic!"

Minutes later, another response: "It could have been one of Santa's elves."

Are there also wreaths on the signs south on Belair Road and along East Joppa Road? Take a photo and add it to the gallery.
