Boat Reported Stolen in Perryville
The boat was tied up behind a golf course, the Cecil County Sheriff's Office reported.

A boat was stolen near Furnace Bay Golf Course in Perryville, according to the Cecil County Sheriff’s Office.
Sometime between 2:30 p.m. on Aug. 5 and 6:45 a.m. on Aug. 7, an aluminum boat was stolen from the marsh area behind the golf course, the sheriff’s office reported.
The Jon boat was 14 feet long with a flat bottom, the report said.

It had been tied to a tree and was used to access a water pump behind the course, the report said.
The estimated loss was $600, according to the sheriff’s office.
