Cecil County Government: Council Appoints Donna Culberson

Ms. Culberson is a business office operations consultant with Schiavi, Wallace and Rowe where she works to support staff of long-term care clients. She brings experience in health care, business operations, and senior care.

Donna Culberson was nominated by the Cecil County Republican Central Committee along with two other candidates.  The Charter of Cecil County provides that the Council must appoint a nominee from a list of three candidates submitted by the central committee of the party of the former council member.  The Council interviewed all nominees on November 9, 2021.

Ms. Culberson will complete the term of the former council member that will expire on December 5, 2022.
