Cecil County Greets Governor
Sign wavers in Elkton took issue with Gov. Martin O'Malley's septic, tax policies.

Sign wavers stood at the intersection of US Route 40 and Chesapeake Drive in Elkton Friday afternoon anticipating Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley's arrival.
O'Malley was slated to attend a 2:30 p.m. roundtable on drug-related deaths in Maryland.
Messages on the signs included frustration over the septic bill and taxes. One sign read: "Honk if you are fed up with O'Malley," prompting several honks.
