Cecil Leadership Institute hosts Time Management Workshop

NORTH EAST, Md: The Cecil Leadership Institute is excited to announce a Time Management Workshop featuring Dr. Kim Marucci, Owner of Leading Forward. This workshop is open to both Cecil Leadership Institute alumni and the general public, providing a valuable opportunity to enhance productivity skills.

Do you often feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day? This workshop aims to equip participants with the tools to better manage their time effectively. Attendees will learn how to identify and eliminate time wasters, plan and prioritize tasks efficiently, define clear goals, capitalize on their most productive times, avoid procrastination, and handle interruptions and emergencies with confidence.

The Workshop will take place on Thursday, January 9, 2025, in the Technology Center (Bldg. D), Room D208 on the North East Campus. Doors open at 8:00 a.m. for breakfast and networking followed by the workshop occurring from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. The cost to attend is $39 per person.
