Despite Dropping Temps, Still Don't Leave Kids in Vehicles: Harford Sheriff
The Harford County Sheriff's Office released a video with some useful information.

Did you know that even when it’s in the 50s and 60s outside, it’s too hot to leave your child inside your vehicle?
That’s what Cpl. Paul Marziale of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office says.
“Leaving a child unattended in a vehicle can be extremely dangerous,” Marziale said in this public service announcement released on Facebook Friday. Temperatures inside vehicles can increase 20 degrees within 10 minutes, he explained. “This is critically important during the hot summer months, particularly when the day’s temperature exceeds 90 degrees.

“We shouldn’t be fooled, however, by milder days when temperatures are in the 50sand the 60s,“ Marziale continued, “because during those milder days in the spring and the fall, the temperature inside a vehicle still can reach a dangerous level.”
Adults should always keep their vehicles locked because children may climb inside when they are playing and quickly become overheated, he added.

Anyone who sees a child unattended in a vehicle should call 911 and be able to provide the location so the child can receive the proper care, Marziale said.
