Drug Arrest, Tires Slashed in Port Deposit
The Cecil County Sheriff's Office provided the following information.

Granite Avenue, unit block. May 3. A 21-year-old Port Deposit man was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled and dangerous substance after deputies found a metal spoon with a white powdery substance that officials believed was heroin on his person. The suspect also said he had a hypodermic needle in his front pocket.
North Main Street, 100 block. 5 a.m. on May 1. Two tires on an El Camino were slashed in Port Deposit sometime between 10 p.m. on April 30 and 5 a.m. on May 1. Damage was estimated to be $240.
