'Heart of Cecil County' Photo Contest Calls for Entries

Cecil County residents 55 years and older are invited to submit original photographs for the "Heart of Cecil County" 2014 calendar.

Images taken in Cecil County that show places, events or nature are eligible. They should convey how the photographer sees the “heart” of the county, according to the call for entries on the Cecil County website.

Cecil County Senior Services and Community Transit will put together a calendar with winning entries.
