'She Is More Like A Best Friend': Mother's Day Photos

PERRYVILLE, MD — Whether it's through their personality, looks, hobbies, humor or a combination of them all, daughters become reflections of the women who raised them. With Mother's Day 2018 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across Maryland to share their "mother-daughter look-alike" photos.

It doesn't matter how old the kids are, they'll always be your babies!

Jennifer Walters of Perryville submitted this photo of her with her daughter, Morgan.

"This my daughter...but she is more like a best friend," Walters said. "She is smart, funny, responsible, and a beautiful young woman, inside and out. I am so proud to be her mother."
