Weather Call From Cecil County Public Schools On March 4

CECIL COUNTY, MD — Public schools will open two hours late on Monday, March 4, according to Cecil County Public Schools. Officials made the announcement Monday morning.

Prekindergarten and preschool will operate on the following modified schedule on Monday:

• 11 a.m.–12:50 p.m. for the morning session
• 1:50–3:30 p.m. for the afternoon session

Cecil County Public Schools cited inclement weather in announcing the delay.

Based on preliminary reports to the National Weather Service, 1.3 inches of snow fell in Fair Hill and 1.2 inches of snow fell in Pleasant Hill on Sunday.
