📰 News we're reading

• Reisterstown Festival Clashes With Rosh Hashanah (jewishtimes.com) — Pikesville residents are speaking out after the long-running Reisterstown Festival was scheduled for the same weekend as Rosh Hashanah, limiting participation for many observant Jews in the northwest Baltimore corridor. Organizers say the festival has always run the weekend after Labor Day and won't conflict with the holiday again until 2040, while local Jewish leaders debate whether the date should have been moved.
