β€’ Police ID Woman Killed In Reisterstown Road Hit And Run, Issue Reward (patch.com) β€” Pikesville residents are being urged to help Baltimore County police find the driver of a black Hyundai Elantra involved in a fatal hit-and-run on Reisterstown Road that killed 64-year-old pedestrian Melissa Nocho. The crash happened the night of Sept. 24 near a Target store, and authorities have announced a $2,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and charges.
