• Family pleads for justice after fatal Pikesville hit-and-run (wbaltv.com) — Police are still searching for the driver who fatally struck 64-year-old Melissa Nocho while she crossed Reisterstown Road near the Pikesville Target on Sept. 24. Her grieving family is urging anyone who saw a black sedan with front-end and windshield damage that night to contact Baltimore County police with tips.
