Dogwood's Chef Galen Sampson demonstrates how to cook with the perfect local turkeys. The Chef will create a stuffing, cornbread and greens using all locally grown ingredients. Have those burning cooking questions? Chef Galen will answer the organic vs. natural questions. At the end of the demonstration you will get to sample Chef Galen's creations. Enrollment is limited 25 participants. All proceeds benefit the Park's Lower School Garden.
