The Krieger Schechter Day School middle school students and faculty will present their annual Instructional Showcase on Tuesday, May 1 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. in the Krieger Auditorium.
Highlights of the showcase will include video and computer projects, art and woodshop creations, Spanish family trees, samples of work from the year-long eighth grade Henrietta Lacks program, Jewish history journals, general and Judaic studies projects, science fair projects and highlights from the Middle School Learning Festival.
Musical performances will begin at 7:40 and include the fifth grade recorder ensemble playing “Eye of the Tiger” and the sixth, seventh and eighth grade music ensembles playing music from popular artists such as Coldplay, Matisyahu and Taylor Swift, plus classic Hebrew songs and more.
