Pikesville Library Guest Speaker Series

Friends of the Pikesville Library's Guest Speaker Series continues.

On March 14, the speaker is Jari Villanueva, considered the foremost authority on the bugle call Taps.

Taps, which is 150 years old, consists of only 24 notes that bring out deep emotion, and he’s the expert, according to a notice by the Baltmore County Public Library system.

This year is the 150^th anniversary of the tune.
