ExpressCare medical staff members see patients seven days a week until 9 p.m. with no appointment necessary. The clinics offer urgent medical treatment for common illnesses and injuries (such as flu, infections, ear aches, broken bones, burns and bites), physical therapy following auto accidents, flu shots, pre-employment and sports physicals, work-related injury services, and much more. There are also prescription and lab services available on site.

“We are proud to provide families around the region the opportunity to receive the quality medical care they need when they need it without having leave their own neighborhoods,” said Maurice Reid, M.D., the CEO and chief medical director of ExpressCare.

Although appointments are not necessary, through its ExpressPass service, patients can also reserve a time online so they don’t have to wait in line when they arrive.

Future plans involve expanding to more locations. In 2013, ExpressCare partnered with LifeBridge Health, one of the largest, most comprehensive healthcare organizations in the region that includes Sinai, Northwest Hospital, Carroll Hospital, Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, and related affiliates and subsidiaries.
