
LEARN TO EARN is a new job readiness program helping young adults with special needs, ages 18-22, transition from school to work.
Designed to increase competitive employment skills and potential for independence, this unique 8-week training program includes:
- Assessment of interests, skills, barriers, and service needs
- Classroom and experiential training to enhance job readiness and work habits, as well as interpersonal and life skills
- Job development and placement assistance
- On-site job coaching, as needed
- Help accessing additional services, benefits and resources
