In-home care provider The Lisa Vogel Agency recently announced that it now offers care management services in addition to custodial care for people requiring long-term, short-term rehabilitation, or hospice care. Care management provides the elderly and their loved ones with the guidance of an objective, licensed professional to help better explore all of their care options and access available resources.

With the addition of care management, The Lisa Vogel Agency has hired Marjorie “Margie” Schmier, R.N., as Care Coordinator. Schmier possesses more than 40 years of nursing experience, and specializes in acting as an advocate for her patients to ensure their physical health, psychological health and safety.

As Care Coordinator, Schmier is able to provide any of the following services to her clients, their families, and their health care providers:

• Creation and revision of a full-spectrum health care management plan
