Shred It Day at Northwest and Sinai Hospitals Is a Big Success

Shred it and forget it! That's exactly what happened at no cost for community members of Sinai and Northwest hospitals and Levindale.

Getting rid of the confidential papers and old electronics cluttering up your house is a great feeling. That’s why so many people brought their personal papers and e-waste to the recent LifeBridge Health Shred It Day.

The LifeBridge Health Green Team sponsored the free event. Shred It trucks were on-hand at the Pimlico Race Course parking lot near Sinai Hospital and Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, and the K-lot at Northwest Hospital. People brought bags and boxes full of papers and watched as they were shredded right in front of them.

The event was part of Earth week celebrations to help LifeBridge Health employees and neighbors with their “spring cleaning.”
