The State Department of Agriculture trucks will spray against mosquitoes, using BioMist 30-30 from trucks beginning at 7:30 p.m.
Dundalk held a ceremony Tuesday, and the Baltimore County Police Department Honor Guard participated.

Maryland, Baltimore County and Baltimore City officials will lead the ceremony at 4 p.m. Monday at the Inner Harbor Amphitheater at Light and Pratt streets.
