Sighted: Lost Dog Dragging Red Leash in Pikesville Area

“Please continue to share and look out for this poor scared pup who is really traveling, dragging a red leash. Hoping to find owners to help get him or her to safety. Flyers are going to be made and posted to generate more sightings. Last known sighting was Monday in the Mount Washington/Cheswolde area off of Northern Parkway. Before that he was seen in Roland Park and Charles and Gittings area.He has been running since at least 11/14 when he was seen by Chiquapin Park. Picture is from when he was sighted at the Alameda shopping center in November. I have not seen the dog myself but a few of us are trying to find owners and hopefully catch the dog. Right now he is not staying put long enough to set up a feeding station. If seen please do not chase, hopefully he or she will get comfortable in an area soon.”
