Sinister Systems are Detrimental to Business

Thought:

Dismantling confederate statues across the country is just a small ripple in a vicious ocean.
The more sinister systems have greater detriment to progress ~ conscious biases unconscious biases, inferior schools, food insecurities, privatization of prisons, food deserts, environmental racism and the list continues.

These systems have are caustic to the larger population and to the so-called "bottom line."

And there's layers to the "bottom line."

Yes, it is a capitalist society. However, to what expense?

A strategic plan and conscientious effort must be in place to dismantle those systems.

Regardless of race, creed, political affiliation or sexual preference, commit to being part of the solution.

We need all hands on deck.
