Cory Redding Signs Autographs, PHS Jazz Band Members Perform at Grand Opening

Doctors Express owner Connor Ferguson and staff held the new business' grand opening Saturday, welcoming dozens of visitors to the new office at 1860 Reisterstown Road in Pikesville.

Baltimore Ravens' Cory Redding, who said, "I've been working out, and that's about it," since the NFL lockout of players, signed autographs and talked with guests.

Doctors Express is a place to go for medical care when your primary physician is too busy, or it's after business hours. Doctors Express can be a cost-effective, time-saving option to get care quickly for non-life threatening emergencies.

Administrator Lynn Gordeck said patients can come to the office to get care for strep throat, cuts, stitches, X-rays, colds and pink eye.

Balloons waved in the sun and chilly wind as Lee Coulby and his son, Nicholas, of Jimmy's concessions on the Eastern Shore, sold fudge puppies, hotdogs and chili dogs.

Also outside were members of Pikesville High School's Jazz band, who performed until about 3:30 p.m.

 Doctors Express is located at the corner of Reisterstown Road and Mt. Wilson Lane, in the same shopping center as Panera Bread. It's around the other side of the building—on the Mt. Wilson Lane side.

The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
