Tribute Banquet Held for Yeshivat Rambam

The modern Orthodox Jewish school closes this month, and a farewell banquet was held Tuesday, according to Baltimore Jewish Life.

"It was a bittersweet evening as teachers, faculty, administrators and parents came together to say goodbye to Yeshivat Rambam," according to an article on "Baltimore Jewish Life" website.

Yeshivat Rambam, a modern Orthodox Jewish day school located at 6300 Park Heights Ave., in Baltimore near Pikesville, closes this month.

So, during this final, annual event Tuesday, school administrators, parents and students held a tribute "to thank all those who put their hearts and souls into making the school so special," the article states.

"Following an hour of mingling and enjoying the delicious fare courtesy of Hoffman & Co. Caterers, the event proceeded with a welcome from Board President Meyer Shields, and was followed by three students who spoke about their experiences and accomplishments at the school, and a performance by the Yeshivat Rambam Boys Choir," it states.
